Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif publicly acknowledged receiving an urgent notification from Chief of Army Staff General Asim Munir in the early hours of May 10 regarding Indian missile strikes on Pakistani territory, including the Nur Khan Air Base.

The air base orchestrates the PAF’s logistical, transportation, and strategic airlift operations and hosts the VIP transport squadron, responsible for the air travel of Pakistan’s top leadership.
