ideaForge Technology Ltd secured multiple major defence contracts on Friday, November 14, taking its total order value for the day to over ₹100 crore, as the Indian Army and Ministry of Defence continue to expand UAV deployment across tactical and ISR operations.

The company received an order worth around ₹75 crore for its newly-launched ZOLT tactical UAV, placed under Capital Emergency Procurement by the Indian Army. Delivery is scheduled within 12 months.

Unveiled at Aero India 2025, ZOLT represents ideaForge’s next-generation tactical UAV platform designed for long-range ISR and precision payload delivery.

In addition, ideaForge has also received an order valued at approximately ₹30 crore for its high-performance hybrid SWITCH V2 UAV, also showcased at Aero India 2025. SWITCH V2 — already inducted and battle-tested in the Army’s ISR operations — will be delivered within six months.

Together, the ZOLT and SWITCH V2 contracts underscore ideaForge’s expanding role as the country’s leading UAV manufacturer and a key partner in India’s ongoing defence modernisation.

Speaking on the development, Ankit Mehta, CEO and Co-Founder, ideaForge Technology Ltd, said the new orders reflect the company’s commitment to building secure, AI-driven, and mission-ready systems designed for the harshest operational conditions.
