Two-wheeler maker Hero MotoCorp Ltd on Thursday (February 5) reported a net profit of ₹1,348.5 crore for the third quarter, compared with the CNBC-TV18 poll estimate of ₹1,385 crore. Revenue for the quarter came in at ₹12,328.3 crore, higher than the poll estimate of ₹12,199 crore.

EBITDA stood at ₹1,809.9 crore in Q3, exceeding the CNBC-TV18 poll estimate of ₹1,793 crore. EBITDA margin was reported at 14.7%, in line with the poll estimate of 14.7%.

On a year-on-year basis, net profit rose 12.11% to ₹1,348.5 crore from ₹1,203 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue increased 20.7% year-on-year to ₹12,328.3 crore, compared with ₹10,211 crore a year earlier.

EBITDA grew 22.6% year-on-year to ₹1,809.9 crore from ₹1,477 crore in the year-ago period. EBITDA margin improved to 14.7% from 14.5% in the same quarter last year.

The board approved an interim dividend of 5,500%, amounting to ₹110 per equity share of face value ₹2 each, for the financial year 2025–26. February 11, 2026, has been fixed as the record date to determine shareholder eligibility for the interim dividend. The dividend payment will be completed by March 7, 2026.

The board also approved an additional investment of ₹275 crore in Euler Motors Private Limited. The investment will be made in one or more tranches through a combination of primary infusion and/or secondary purchase.

Further, Hero MotoCorp approved an investment of up to ₹3.25 crore in a solar power wheeling project for its Haridwar plant under the group captive mechanism. An additional investment of up to ₹4.67 crore was approved for a solar power wheeling project for the company’s Neemrana plant, Global Parts Centre, and Centre for Innovation & Technology in Jaipur, also under the group captive mechanism.
