The FBI is investigating an attack in Boulder, Colorado, FBI director Kash Patel announced.
In a statement on Sunday afternoon, Patel said that federal and local law enforcement were at the scene and would share updates as more information became available.
Colorado governor Jared Polis said that he is “closely monitoring” the situation, adding: “My thoughts go out to the people who have been injured and impacted by this heinous act of terror. Hate-filled acts of any kind are unacceptable.”
Witnesses speaking to CBS said that a suspect attacked people with molotov cocktails as they were participating in a walk to remember the remaining Israeli hostages in Gaza.
