US President Donald Trump on Wednesday praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi, calling him “a fantastic man" and confirming the two leaders spoke on the phone last night.
Trump also said a trade deal with India is on the way. “I stopped the war between Pakistan. I love Pakistan. I think Modi is a fantastic man, I spoke to him last night. We will have trade deal with Modi of India."
“I stopped the war between Pakistan and India," he told the media in Washington, adding, “This man (Munir) was extremely influential in stopping the war from Pakistan side. Both are nuclear countries they got to stop."
