Rina Oh, now in her late 40s, said she was 21 and an aspiring art student when Epstein offered her what appeared to be a scholarship to study fine arts.

Rina Oh said anyone named in Epstein-related files should be questioned.
Survivor Rina Oh spoke out about her experiences with disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein, saying she was isolated, threatened and silenced and is now calling for greater accountability for those linked to his network. Rina Oh, now in her late 40s, said she was 21 and an aspiring art student when Epstein offered her what appeared to be a scholarship to study fine arts in the late 1990s.
“He said, ‘I’m offering you a scholarship with no strings attached, you never have to see me again’," Rina Oh said, adding, “But he kept calling me to see him again."
When she did not agree to visit him, she said the offer was withdrawn.
“He was like, ‘Well, you’re not being obedient, so I’m going to take that away’," she said.
Rina Oh said a trip to Florida marked a turning point, when she realised she was in a vulnerable situation. She shared, “I didn’t really know where I was. It was my first time in that part of the country. There was another girl there. Others were able to freely go in and out of the estate. I couldn’t. I had no transportation and no money."
She added that Epstein later threatened her, revealing, “He disclosed some of the things that he did overseas and then threatened me with physical harm if I ever told anyone. I was trapped. I had no transportation, no money and he threatened me with physical harm if I ever told anyone."
Rina Oh also described what she called a “protocol" at his homes, saying many visitors ended up in the massage room. She said that from early on, she felt that “something is off about this man".
On the arrest of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor over alleged links to the Epstein case, she said, “It didn’t give me a sense of closure, but I feel that this is just the beginning. It sets an example for what should be done here in the United States."
She criticised the US government’s response, saying, “All they’re doing is denying accountability."

Rina Oh said anyone named in Epstein-related files should be questioned.
“Anyone who’s named in those files needs to be questioned under oath if they haven’t provided testimony," she said, asserting, “The names are some of the richest and most powerful people in the world."
Referring to US President Donald Trump, she said, “He definitely knew a lot. He definitely saw a lot. His name appears I think he absolutely is a witness. Should he testify under oath? I think he should."
Describing Epstein as “a raging narcissist", she said, “It wasn’t just physical abuse. It was psychological, emotional. There was a lot of devaluation. Sometimes it takes decades to recover from this."
She also alleged that others in his circle were drawn into his network.
“Everyone in his network they’ve been entrapped in this ring that he created. Whether they committed crimes or not, that needs to be investigated," she said.
