Epack Prefab Technologies Ltd has fixed a price band of ₹194 to ₹204 for its initial public offering (IPO) with a face value of ₹2 per share.
The company is raising ₹504 crore via the issue. This will include 1.47 crore fresh shares worth ₹300 crore and 1 crore offer for sale (OFS) shares worth ₹204 crore.
The issue will open for subscription on September 24 and close on September 26.
Investors can bid for 73 shares in a lot and in multiples of the same thereafter. Retail investors can invest a minimum of ₹14,892 crore.
As much as 50% of the issue size has been set aside for qualified institutional buyers (anchor included), while 15% and 35% have been set aside for high networth individuals (small and large) and retail investors, respectively.
Epack Prefab Tech's market capitalisation is set to increase to ₹2,049.22 crore post the issue from ₹1,749.22 crore pre-issue.
Promoter holding will decline from 87.27% to 64.54% post-listing.
Monarch Networth Capital and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors are the book running lead managers for the issue.
The allotment will be finalised on September 29, refunds/unblocking of funds will be initiated and equity shares will be credited to demat accounts on September 30 and trading will commence on October 1.
Epack Prefab Tech is based out of Greater Noida and was established in 1999. The company specialises in engineering, fabrication as well as project management. It offers pre-engineered building solutions for various industries.
The company also has advanced manufacturing facilities for cold roll-formed sections in different intricate profiles, catering to industries such as airport terminals, construction, logistics, material handling, atuomobiles, hospitals, power generation, schools, among others.
