US President Donald Trump used his address at the United Nations General Assembly to outline what he called his “vision for the world," boasting that his administration had resolved multiple long-standing global conflicts since his return to office.

“In the last seven months, I have ended seven unendable wars," Donald Trump told world leaders gathered in New York. He cited peace agreements or ceasefires between India and Pakistan, Thailand and Cambodia, Israel and Egypt, Ethiopia and Eritrea, Rwanda and Congo, among others.

The UNGA appearance marked Donald Trump’s first since 2020, and he cast his presidency as a force for global stability.

“We are not just talking about peace. We are making peace happen," he said.
