Chambal Fertilisers Q3 Results: The urea player's EBITDA grew 5.5% but margins shrank nearly 200 bpd at 13.9%. Shares of Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Ltd ended at ₹453.70, up by ₹8.85, or 1.99%, on the BSE today, February 10.

Leading urea manufacturers Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Ltd on Tuesday (February 10) reported a net profit of ₹586.4 crore for the third quarter, up 9.7% from ₹534.4 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.


Revenue for the quarter increased 20% to ₹5,898 crore, compared with ₹4,918 crore in Q3FY25.


EBITDA in the December quarter stood at ₹820.8 crore, up 5.5% from ₹778 crore in the year-ago period. The EBITDA margin was 13.9%, down from 15.8% year-on-year.

Chambal Fertilisers has recognised ₹30.39 crore in employee past service obligations following the Government of India’s new labour code, notified on November 21, 2025, included in Q3 and nine-month consolidated results. The group will continue to monitor the progress on the finalisation of central and state rules, and any resulting impact will be accounted for in the forthcoming quarters, as required.


Headquartered in Kota, Rajasthan, Chambal Fertilisers has been part of India’s fertiliser industry since 1985.
