Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese won the country’s federal election and is all set to retain his majority government as his Labour Party is set to sweep the polls, local media reported.
The Opposition leader, Peter Dutton, lost his home seat of Dickson in Brisbane to the Labour Party’s Ali France moments after ABC declared his Liberal- coalition had lost the election in a disastrous result for the coalition.
