Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The Indian markets are trading under immense pressure. The Nifty index is down around 150 points, falling to 25,800. The Sensex index, on the other hand is down over 400 points, stumbling below the 85,000 mark. Some of the major losers include Asian Paints, Trent, Jio Finance, Eternal Hindalco, Reliance Industries and SBI Life among others.
Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The Nifty index is in the middle of an intense sell-off, as the index has slumped close to 200 points, falling below the 25,800 mark. The Sensex index is also down, falling over 600 points, falling below the landmark level of 85,000.
The 20-DMA holds the key for the Nifty, which is placed around 26,000. The index continues to find support between 25,850 and 25,900.
Even in this session, the real worry, though, comes from the broader markets; the Nifty Midcap 100 index is down a staggering 600 points, falling to the zone of 58,800. In addition, the Nifty Smallcap 100 index is also down over 1%
Continue to watch for IndiGo after a seven-day fall that has wiped out $5 billion in market capitalisation. Also, the EMS stocks led by Kaynes Tech, which is in the F&O ban but continue to fall.
